Can we merge this part with the `updateSegmentLineageEntryToReverted()`? In
most of the retry cases, the `segmentsTo` will be the same for both upload, and
we may directly remove the existing `IN_PROGRESS` entry instead of making it
`REVERTED` but with empty `segmentsTo`
