So Ideally, I think that the following structure is needed: ``` 1. SegmentAssignementStrategy -> ReplicaGroupSegmentAssignmentStrategy, BalancedSegmentAssignmentStrategy, CostBasedSegmentAssignmentStrategy etc 2.
