Let say originally there're 3 replicas (i.e, replica-0 | 1 | 2) and 2 pools (i.e., pool-0 | 1), the replica-2 is assigned to pool-0. The 3rd pool-2 is added and trigger table rebalance. During the rebalancing OR when the table rebalance get failed in the middle, the replica-2 is distributed among pool-0 and pool-2. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
