Similar to the metrics IDEALSTATE_ZNODE_SIZE/IDEALSTATE_ZNODE_BYTE_SIZE for
tracking the ideal state's znode size, this PR introduced
EXTERNALVIEW_ZNODE_BYTE_SIZE/EXTERNALVIEW_ZNODE_BYTE_SIZE for external view.
Also add unit tests coverage for testing.
