I happily used Active Publisher (www.active-publisher.com) once for one
small site.

At 60 dollars for one domain, it's a steal (it used to be more expensive).

What is nice is that is comes with full ASP source and MDB database, so you
can host it in a cheap shared hosting (no need for software or DLL setup).

I am in no way affiliated with the editor (guys keep the money rolling ...
just kidding :-).
