This warning message is unrelated to the cue sheet but related to just another
firmware bug in your drive.
BTW: I asked the author of EAC about how he interprets cue sheets.
His reply was that he interprets them exactly the same way as I do:
- If INDEX 00 is missing, INDEX 00 == INDEX 01
- The CUE format does not allow to include a INDEX 00 and a INDEX 01
line with the same time values.
