I stand corrected - the gnulib file streq.h from the 'streq' modules
used to provide a macro named STREQ, but with different semantics than
what this syntax check rule looks for; it was renamed to STREQ_OPT in
2012 to avoid collisions with the semantics that this syntax check is
looking for.
