I'd consider that to be a red-herring... You are retrieving an update
to the Cloud9 core, so the update process shuts down Cloud9 -- that may be
a problem IF you are using a Cloud 9 session to invoke the updates...
Instead use a SSH session -- PuTTY if you have it, Win10 "ssh" command as
an alternative

{Ugly part of Win10 ssh command is that I haven't figured out how to force
an update if the key changes [which happens often, just changing between SD
and eMMC boots]; PuTTY gives a warning but lets one accept the new key}

"Jessie"? Are you really still running Debian 8? Beagle images have
been "Stretch" (Debian 9) for a few years, and upgraded to "Buster" (Debian
10) in the last 6 months or so.
Or is the repository using an old file? (Or does it just name it for
the OS release... version and date match...

36MB for /shell script/ is HUGE. Busybox tarball itself is only just
over 2MB. The only busybox stuff I show is:

A manual fetch (wget
http://downloads.ti.com/codegen/esd/cgt_public_sw/PRU/2.1.5/ti_cgt_pru_2.1.5_armlinuxa8hf_busybox_installer.sh
) does confirm 37MB... I'm going to have to assume TI has packed the actual
tools into something like a BASE 64 encoding, stored inline in the script.
FYI: most recent version seems to be 2.3.3

Ugh -- you seem to be using the USB host/client connection rather than
a direct connection to your Internet router... Sticking an Internet
Connection Sharing path adds additional complications (my system isn't even
set up to allow that -- 192.168.7.x is only desktop <> Beagle; I must have
a CAT-5 cable to my router to do Internet stuff). I'd consider the use of
the USB connection and/or Cloud9 while during updates to the OS to be
problematic.
