In case anyone was wondering, I managed to solve the issue. Turned out to be a problem with one of the X100P cards conflicting IRQ's with my ethernet card. This was causing zaptel to see only one X100P and then TDM400P, so the second channel was the TDM400P, which is why I was getting the errors about the FXS signalling. It's all good now! :) Thanks to all who assisted.

Zaptel Configuration

Channel 02: FXS Kewlstart (Default) (Slaves: 02)
Channel 03: FXO Kewlstart (Default) (Slaves: 03)
Channel 04: FXO Kewlstart (Default) (Slaves: 04)

4 channels configured.

Jeremy
