Jacques, I'd recommend starting with the documentation in the WIKI for how to configure a trunk with PJSIP, This page https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/res_pjsip+Configuration+Examples has an example on how to register to an ITSP and a example on how to have a phone register to you, that should get you off and running
