Thanks for the detailed explanation Doug. I must of misunderstood your original post, I was thinking there were clients utilizing automated language translation software without customizing the Remedy application. I guess in my mind I had envisioned a piece of software that could translate any blob of character data within a website or application. Something that you could just highlight a piece of text and hit a "translate" button. I imagine something like does exist (if not, maybe I can make a pitch to Shark Tank ;) ); I'll do some investigation and see whats out there.
