Hi,
If you downloaded the most current version before your support contract
expired, I guess you can install that software and upgrade your server.
Any version or patch released after your support expired would not be allowed
as I see it.
You can probably pay "catch up" support from the time where you stopped
paying, which would allow you to upgrade to the newest version. If it is more
than 5 or so years ago, it might be cheaper to buy new licenses.
Contact your BMC sales rep to get the exact numbers.
