Hi Michele,
To identify the customization, what you can do is as follows:
1) Install 7.1 OOTB on a sandbox Server.
2) Install AR Migrator.
3) Cache Current 7.1 Server running in your environment and you need to perform
Difference Report of Individual Work Flow Objects:
a) Forms
b) Active Links
c) Filters .. Etc.
This Will Give all the objects that are available in the your Current AR Server
and not available in 7.1 OOTB.
Similarly you need to perform a difference report to identify the objects that
have been removed as a part of any customization.
This is a time taking process, but would give a detailed Report of the
difference.
PS: Need to modify the Difference Report Settings to mask Similar Items.
