Performance 9.5

The latest IBRSD integration included the ability to not just create an
Incident for the failed CI it also allowed the ability to relate the CI by
using the SIM capability in BPPM. It also allows the ability to use SIM logic
to create a related Incident that would be for the Service being affected by
the original failed CI.

The integration was not release specific after the original design for ITSM
7.6.03/04.

Good morning, afternoon and evening all,

As BMC releases new version, they seem to delay the release of the
compatibility of the integrations until the version is released. Which causes
issues when planning upgrades in the near future.

We are planning on upgrading our BPPM from 9.0 to 9.5 early next year, however,
I am trying to see if we need to upgrade our 7.6.4 ITSM to 8.x for the BPPM
integration.

So if anyone has any insight on if BPPM 9.5 integration is compatible with ITSM
7.6.4, can you please let me know.

Thanks,

Howard
