Good morning, afternoon and evening all, As BMC releases new version, they seem to delay the release of the compatibility of the integrations until the version is released. Which causes issues when planning upgrades in the near future.
We are planning on upgrading our BPPM from 9.0 to 9.5 early next year, however, I am trying to see if we need to upgrade our 7.6.4 ITSM to 8.x for the BPPM integration. So if anyone has any insight on if BPPM 9.5 integration is compatible with ITSM 7.6.4, can you please let me know.
