Hi All, I am trying to send a notification email after performing a Modify All Operation. Basically after assigning multiple tickets to a member, I would like to send a email notification mentioning that the tickets have been assigned to the particular Assignee. For e.g., 10 tickets assigned to a Group A, Member - John. Would like to send out an email saying - the following tickets have been assigned to you. list of tickets........ or any other ideas.
Looks like OPERATION = "SET ALL" doesn''t work in a filter. Tried doing a Filter Notify on Modify/Run If as OPERATION = "SET ALL" but the filter failed. Pl advise.
