Hello everyone, I would like to ask your help/suggestion in preventing this error from popping out: “The current global field values are too large to be stored (AERR 9360)”
Basically clearing cache would solve this problem but I was wondering if you guys have a better solution (sort of like a permanent fix) to prevent this from happening? I guess this happens if you have an old version of Remedy (currently sitting at 7.0) and use newer version of browsers. ☺ Any help would be much appreciated.
