Hi,

I know this is very basic, however please confirm the ITSM version that you
are running. To check the same, open the user Tool and Open form
SHARE:Application_Properties

Property Name-> Name
Property Value -> Incident

This will tell you whether it is 7.6 or 7.6.04

if it 7.6.04, you can able to create overlay for HPD:Help Desk form and do
the modification in best Practice Customization Mode.

However if it is 7.6, I would advise you to take backup of HPD:Help Desk
form by exporting it and then make changes to HPD:Help Desk. If you using
latest Dev studio againest 7.6 ITSM, you need to make sure, you are in Base
Development Mode.

Hope this helps.

Regards/Vaibhav
