Hi listers, I'm starting to customize the notifications that come OOTB with ITSM. I'm completelly new to the Notification Engine, Mail Engine and so on.
The customer requirement is to made the notifications a bit more graphic, with the company logo and corporative colors. My questions are: Anything to take care about? Where to start? Use Templates?
