General observation: (labor in general) -- applies to siding your house, 
shoveling your driveway, painting a room, heck -- even software.

A project that takes 3x as long to implement makes 3x the dollars. Possibly 
more - since now you need to have higher mgmt overhead - cause of it's size.

Also -- a system that needs to be implemented 2x -- because a new version came 
out in the middle of your  implementation -- tends to make 2x dollars.


When implementations take a long time -- weird stuff happens.



(length of time of project) / (likelihood of success) == 1


Trust your gut - if it smells like fish - it probably is. 
(Unless it is Lutefisk)

If MT 7604 really is missing basic printing functions, it does seem that there 
hasn't been enough focus on the quality of the core product. I can't help 
thinking AtriumSSO has consumed in excess ofa million dollars in R&D, money 
which could have been spent fixing the bread and butter issues...
