Unfortunately we're on Windows (server: Windows Server 2003 - clients: Windows XP), so I guess we need to upgrade to ARS 7.6.4 and pray that the new import tool (GUI client or command-line version) will be REALLY Unicode/UTF-8 compatible... Do you know of any other (easy) ways to correctly import a Unicode data file into Remedy? (e.g. a script that submits every record of the data file into Remedy via a Remedy 'create' web service? ...)
