I'm dealing with 508 compliance also - Since there are alot of different
tools, my clients don't test against a specific tool, but rather against
their guidelines.  BMC is working on a couple of items for me based on ARS
7.5 / ITSM 7.6    You might want to check into their Style Sheet updates
which address some 508 items.
