The Hit List the Knowledgebase Tab in Remedy User is the results that is returned when the query is done from the ‘Item’ field in Remedy user. A normal user would just click out of it. A visually impaired user would have to get out of it somehow. I have yet to find the ‘magic’ key command to do this
