I'm having a problem where if I have a relationship between a CI and a change or incident, if I update the CI, it takes anywhere between 5 minutes and 5 hours for the updates to show in the change/incident. The CMDB Association is being updated immediately, but the Change or Incident Association record is updated by AR_ESCALATOR sometimes hours later. I haven't been able to figure out why the delay. We're seeing this in UAT, so it's not like there is lots of other activity preventing the escalation from running. Ideas?
