Jarl, Marcelo, Thanks for the help! The engine finally kicked in - these are all the things that i ended up doing. The solution was certainly a combination:
1. increased the java heap size 2. deleted the arsystem email messages archive form, then activated & deactivated archiving on the form and Saved the changes 3. changed the email configuration back to mapi from smtp, 4. set the hundreds of emails waiting to go out NOT to go out to reduce the load 5. restarted the service countless times Thanks again, Sharon ext 2219 -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jarl Grøneng Sent: Monday, February 15, 2010 9:43 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Production Emails Down - Required field not specified ... 451 and no outgoing Since the error-messages states that fieldid 450 and 451 is empty, which are used by the archive form. A colleague saw some strange behavior when upgrading to 7.5 patch 3 with a schema with an archive form attached. but we'r not sure what happend...
