Kaiser, It can. You will need to downgrade the database level of the SQL server to whatever is the compatible level for Remedy 6.3. There is a SQL stored procedure to achieve that called sp_dbcmptlevel. I had done this on an earlier version of Remedy to make it compatible to a later version of the SQL Server..
