Hi Anesh
I understand your issue. This is similar to a situation where someone has 2 sessions of the User tool running - opening a dialog on one does not prevent access to the other user tool session. I think you have 2 options: 1) Implement some sort of workflow based record locking to prevent the same record being opened twice concurrently. This will not prevent access to other browser windows, but should stop changes being made to the same record. Misi at RRR has an example of record-locking workflow 2) Try to change your application so it only uses one browser window. There is an option for Window Open actions called Target Location. If this is set to New it will open a new browser window. If it is set to Current it should re-use the current browser window. So if you change the Target Location for all your open window actions to Current, you should never have more than one browser window in use. Yes when the Dialog opens the parent window cannot be accessed. The scenario I have is a dialog is opened and parent form is inaccessible now, but if there is another open window opening a form from the dialog then the pervious parent form becomes accessible. This is the case I am facing a problem with. Is there any workflow or option where I can keep forms at various tree level disabled till the most recently opened form is closed.
