Hi,
In version 7.0 and earlier, you would do something like this:
1. AL Action 1: Push a record into a WevServiceTransactionForm
2. Have a filter attached to the WSTF call the web service and bring in
the values
3. AL Action 2: Retrieve the values from the WSTF form with a Set-Fieldsa
action that performs the query ('1' = $LASTID$).
Create an escalation or something that deletes old records in the
transaction form.
In version 7.1, you can do a Service-call instead. This result in fewer
API-calls to the server (1 instead of 4). You still need the filter on the
server that calls the actual web service, but no additional records needs
to be created.
