Michael, This one shows up for us periodically. You may even see a note about it being an unlicensed server and to contact your sales rep. It's the result of a change that was made to allow the installation of multiple instances of the server app on the same server. You need to shut down the app service on the server for a minute. Search for a file called multilicense. When you find it, delete the file. The file gets rebuilt when you restart the app and you should see all your floating licenses.

The first is a permanent license and the second is a temp license. Both appeared to apply sucessfully, however under Server Information --> Licenses the floating license total remains 0 (zero). Users logging in with floating licenses are not granted write access. All other licenses applied to the server appear to be recognized and working properly. We are on Windows 2003, SQL 2000, and ARS 6.03 patch 20. We have two ARS servers in a server group. The licenses are being applied to the primary server, as all licenses have always been. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is an extremely urgent issue! We are planning a release for the weekend which is dependent upon these licenses being available. Thanks in advance, ~Mike -- Michael J Balogh Wingspan Systems Inc.
