Hi You can use the HPD:CFG Ticket num Generator form to Change the Prefix -
Incident form has relation with Work log , assignment log, and so on - with
Incident Number is is maintaining the one to many relation – change the
incident prefix based on site will break the relation with other form

I think you can the prefix – however this will be same all the time – you
can't change based on site.

Ramifications – In incident matching form – when you search incident by
number – matching form is completing 15 digit number with Prefix INC – you
need to change here as well.
