I went through a similar scenario recently. I would recommend using the following statement:
'Assigned To Group' != 'DB.Assigned To Group' Andy L. We have a ton of SLA actions firing on our server. One of them is not working properly, but I figured out that it was because there were not enough qualifications in the stop actions. Here is the scenerio. I have a group that wants to stop the SLA when the ticket gets reassigned out of their queue. Do I want to add 'TR.Assigned To Group' != 'Assigned To Group'? Or do I want to do 'TR.Assigned To Group' != "DB.Assigned To Group" Any advice would be appreciated. ________________________________________________________________________ _______ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are" _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are"
