Hi All, I just need to confirm something. We have a ton of SLA actions firing on our server. One of them is not working properly, but I figured out that it was because there were not enough qualifications in the stop actions.
Here is the scenerio. I have a group that wants to stop the SLA when the ticket gets reassigned out of their queue. Do I want to add 'TR.Assigned To Group' != 'Assigned To Group'?
