Good Evening Listers,
I was performing a database synch using the Remedy admin tool and I closed the window out for the administrator tool, in which the window froze for about 1 minute. When it did unfreeze and the window did close I was unable to access Remedy through the Admin tool or the user tool. I would receive an error stating Misc.tli error. After checking the AR log files I found he following messages:
Attempting to terminate the server process /arserverd
AR Server terminated when a signal exception was received by server (ARNOTE 20)
I tried to restart the arserver in which it failed also several times
Any input is better than where I am right now…….

Server: Red Hat (Linux)
Database: Oracle 9.0
Remedy ARS 6.3
