Thanks, Kris! This is a vertical application which doesn't go through the Android Market. Levels will be downloaded over local wi-fi and yes, there are a lot of them and they're huge. People won't want more than a few at a time taking up space on smaller devices.
So do I just need to have common company info, etc in the .apks so Android will let me access them?
