The only printed book I am aware of that is up to date is the
recently-released Professional Android Application Development, that Mr.
Meier just posted about a few moments ago.

Various ebooks covering Android 1.0r1 are also available (my _Busy
Coder's Guide to Android Development_ and Ed Burnette's _Hello,
Android_, to name two).

That typically takes more than one tutorial... ;-)

You may wish to visit the blogs on Planet Android, as many of them are
full of tutorials, though frequently they cover a specific facet of Android:

Also, anddev.org has many tutorials in their various boards, though,
again, many are aimed at a specific bit of Android functionality.
