Nope, just an analog DECT base in the main bldg and a handset in the outbuilding, if the DECT signal makes it. Cordless phones are dirt cheap in stores.

Yealink sip-t22p are around $40 on eBay. A lot less hassle than trying to do analog:digital:analog with any degree of reliability.
