Hi, Firstly, Visit the UDID portal and ensure the details are correct. https://swavlambancard.gov.in/login If any incorrects found, fix them through the options provided. Secondly, Go to Divyangjan Card <https://divyangjanid.indianrail.gov.in/>. Switch-on "Apply with UDID" and Enter UDID Number in the "Application page". Navigate to the rest of the fields once UD NO is entered and observe whether details are Auto-populated. Also, it will show that Aadhar EKYC completed. Then, upload a UDID Card. Select State and District. Note:
- In the Application, it'll ask for only 16 digits but, we need to enter full IDs with State code if available. - Most of the Fields will be unavailable as the Details are Autofilled. - If Details are not updated automatically, it means Profile is not synced with UDID. - If it is the case, then we need to delete the account/profile and recreate it.
