I did not applied any trick.
1. open the URL https://divyangjanid.indianrail.gov.in/
2. apply consession with UDID press the switch button on UDID
3. type your full 18 alfanumeric UDID number.
please take note, your photo, and other details will automatically be
fetched from your UDID.
4. sure that your profile should be KYC complied with your aadhar.
your PAN and aadhar should not differ.
upload your aadhar and pan as per their requirement.
5. edit your address line if require.
6. select your city of issuing hospital if required.
8. submit your application.
