I am also experiencing an issue with my OnePlus Nord 5 where incoming calls only appear as a banner notification at the top of the screen. I have tried all available settings, but I couldn’t get the full-screen incoming call interface to display when the phone is unlocked and in use. The full-screen incoming call interface only works as expected when the phone's screen is locked. I believe this is an issue with the OxygenOS, as multiple users have reported the same problem.
