hello there, I myself was trying to get a concession card myself. But, could'nt do it. Because of that offline concession certificate requirement. Even though I gave in my UDID it kept on asking to enter the details of the concession certificate. now, coming to Mamta's query, you can go to there official website. Just type in railway concession card for persons with disabilities on google. You will get the first link from divyangjanid.indianrailways.gov.in (or something same). Just press enter on it. And, follow the steps required. You need your aadhar, and pan or something elce to give for your address proofs and date of birth proofs. And your UDID card. pluss, can anyone tell me what's the UDID E KYC thing? how to do it? with regards, Udit Pandey.
