These seem unnecessary for a modern server build:
- calibrateproto
- lg3dproto
- pmproto
- printproto
- trapproto
- xf86miscproto
- xf86rushproto
evieproto is questionable, since people keep threatening to revive
it since app developers keep asking for that functionality.
