Some time passed and after some further thought, I remembered that there are other limitations which I forgot about. As far as I know, using the normal SilverStripe way it is not possible to have the banner in a different language than the rest of the site. So, if you're on www.libreoffice.org, the banner has to be in English (US) for now at least. Thus, there's a new version that is being used to ask for feedback. The new banner has the changed text like this
"The community provides a version of the LibreOffice website in Italiano. Other languages." The link to the Italian site wil be found in the "Italiano" part of the text (Italiano = native name of the foreign language). It would be nice if contributors re-check the new banner and give their comments. -- Sent from: http://document-foundation-mail-archive.969070.n3.nabble.com/Website-f1644957.html -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: https://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/website/ Privacy Policy: https://www.documentfoundation.org/privacy
