If you actually read the patch before you started commenting on it, you would realise this is not the case. But, as always, you extend us the discourtesy of your ill-formed opinions on the first three lines of something, without bothering to even read it, let alone actually think about the implications. Every time you post, you're wasting the time of 1127 subscribers because you can't be bothered spending your own time to actually read what you reply to.
