Hi,

good work, whole series pushed. I made a few small fixes in two
follow-up commits. All validated by W3C.

Thank you to Bryce for the review and verifying the Ubuntu bits,
too.

It seems the live website did not update immediately by the push,
and I'm not sure if there is something more to do. Let's wait a
moment and see.
