[Hugh] You are thinking ahead as ever :) A transaction log is what would need
to be read to possibly collate such information as SPARQL does not specifiy a
means of doing this automatically. And we have written the following function
for reading transaction logs based on previous requests from users to know when
SPARQL updates have been performed:
