Yes, that's what I use exactly.

CPU is close to idle
Memory was 100% used.

I try to run import on a larger VM right now (30Gb of RAM). I managed to 
advance further but import process still gets slower and slower
First files were imported in 1 minute time, and later files (of the same size) 
are taking tens of minutes.

I don't have status() output right now (trying to upgrade to virtuoso/7).
But I remember that I saw "rolled back" status for some of the import 
transactions and I wonder how could that happen.
Obviously, there couldn't be any conflicts as server didn't do anything except 
bulk-loading rdf data.
