Hi Alexey, For Virtuoso 6 the average size of a triple is about 31bytes, with the default index schema as detailed in the followng FAQ document:

What method are yu using for loading the data, as the recommended method is
using the Virtuoso Bulk loader functions at:
http://virtuoso.openlinksw.com/dataspace/doc/dav/wiki/Main/VirtBulkRDFLoader
Please provide the output of the status('') command run from isql so we can see
the state of the server when the load has apparently stopped, also what does
the top report as the memory and CPU usage of the Virtuoso server ?
