Unfortunately the plugin is not part of the current Virtuoso
Opensource release. Their is a new 5.0.6 release due out this week
which will contain the sources to enable the hslookup plugin required
to be built.
Once the new opensource release has been made it will be announced on
the mailing list, so look out for it ...
Note this plugin is part of the Virtuoso commercial release builds
available for download from:
http://download.openlinksw.com
You would need to install the rdf_mappers.vad package for it to be
available.
