I'd like to use the sponger plugin for resolving DOIs (as referred to in http://docs.openlinksw.com/virtuoso/rdfiridereferencing.html)
I have the handle.net client library but I can't find anything in the opensource virtuoso distribution that wraps this up into a virtuoso plugin. Is this available? Many thanks, James
