There is one more important thing to remember. This script uses a 
working tree, that is basically checked in at git and hg at the same 
time. So you need to tell git to ignore the `.hg`  folder and mercurial 
to ignore the `.git` folder.  For git, you can configure this in 
.git/info/exclude for hg I think I have it configured using .hg/hgrc 
with a custom ignore file ~/.hgignore, which contains the various .git 
dirs and files
